Delivering Service and Innovation
Headquartered in Tupelo, MS, Central Service Association was formed by five public utilities in 1937 and has been in continuous operation since. CSA is operated on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of our Member Utilities. There are 49 Members that have been with CSA more than 75 years. CSA serves both single and multi-service utilities, 50 percent of all CSA Members are multi-service utilities, including broadband service. A fifteen-member Board of Directors is elected from and by, the managers of CSA Member utilities. Ongoing development is guided by our Technology Board which includes IT, engineering and management personnel from our Members.
